Eind 2024 namen The Analogues afscheid, na tien jaar waarin ze de studiojaren van The Beatles ongeëvenaard tot leven brachten. Het voorprogramma die avond: The Young Analogues. Vier jonge muzikanten die het vroege Beatles-repertoire speelden. Zó goed dat veel mensen vroegen: ‘Gaan zij verder als The Analogues?’
Onder begeleiding van de ‘original Analogues’ kregen The Young Analogues de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Volgens de Analogues-methode: geen verkleedpartijen, maar wél volledige toewijding aan de authentieke sound – en het uitgebreide vintage instrumentarium was nog beschikbaar.
Voor deze voorstelling, Best of The Beatles ’62 – ’65, dient het ‘Rode Dubbelalbum’ als leidraad. Minder groots en georkestreerd dan het latere werk, maar met een flinke reeks nummer 1 hits. Daarnaast is het de fascinerende opmaat naar de latere studiojaren, met onder andere avontuurlijk materiaal van Rubber Soul.
The Analogues presenteren met trots een nieuwe generatie Beatles-vertolkers. Want daar was het altijd om te doen: The Beatles laten voortleven!

At the end of 2024, The Analogues called it quits, after ten years of bringing The Beatles’ studio years to life in an unparalleled way. The opening act that evening: The Young Analogues. Four young musicians who played the early Beatles repertoire. They were so good that many people asked, “Are they going to carry on as The Analogues?”
Under the guidance of the “original Analogues,” The Young Analogues were given the opportunity to develop further. According to the Analogues method: no costume parties, but full dedication to the authentic sound—and the extensive collection of vintage instruments was still available.
This show, Best of The Beatles ’62–’65, is inspired by the “Red Double Album.” Less grandiose and orchestrated than their later work, it nonetheless features a string of number-one hits. It also serves as a fascinating prelude to their later studio years, including adventurous material from Rubber Soul.
The Analogues proudly present a new generation of Beatles tribute artists. Because that’s what it’s always been about: keeping The Beatles alive!
