Over ZO! Gospel Choir
ZO! Gospel Choir is een van de meest gevraagde koren van Nederland. Sinds de oprichting in augustus 2010 heeft het koor zowel in binnen- als buitenland opgetreden. Je hoort een repertoire dat stevig geworteld is in Black Gospel, met invloeden uit soul, R&B, pop, jazz en hiphop.
Samenwerkingen en optredens
Het koor werkte samen en trad op met internationale artiesten als Sam Smith, Martin Garrix, Mariah Carey, Kamasi Washington, Oleta Adams en Hugh Jackman. Ook stonden ze op het podium met de internationale cast van de musical ‘The Lion King’ en met Grammy-winnaars het Metropole Orkest. Daarnaast is ZO! Gospel Choir regelmatig te zien op de Nederlandse televisie. Ze waren te gast in diverse grote tv-programma’s en bereikten zo een breed publiek. In 2014, 2015 en 2018 schreef het koor geschiedenis met drie uitverkochte concerten in Paradiso in Amsterdam. Tijdens het concert in 2018 namen ze een live-EP op, waarmee ze als eerste koor ooit deze prestatie neerzetten. Dit onderstreept hun constante niveau en brede erkenning.

About ZO! Gospel Choir
ZO! Gospel Choir is one of the most sought-after choirs in the Netherlands. Since its founding in August 2010, the choir has performed both domestically and internationally. Their repertoire is firmly rooted in Black Gospel, with influences from soul, R&B, pop, jazz, and hip-hop.
Collaborations and Performances
The choir has collaborated and performed with international artists such as Sam Smith, Martin Garrix, Mariah Carey, Kamasi Washington, Oleta Adams, and Hugh Jackman. They have also shared the stage with the international cast of the musical “The Lion King” and with Grammy-winning Metropole Orchestra. In addition, ZO! Gospel Choir makes regular appearances on Dutch television. They have been guests on various major TV shows, reaching a wide audience. In 2014, 2015, and 2018, the choir made history with three sold-out concerts at Paradiso in Amsterdam. During the 2018 concert, they recorded a live EP, becoming the first choir ever to achieve this feat. This highlights their consistent quality and widespread recognition.
